TO ask the Secretary to the Board of Education whether the average attendance on which the New Aid Grant will be paid will be calculated on the same basis as that on which the Block Grant is now paid.

(Answered by Sir William Anson.) The average attendance on which the Block Grant is paid will be taken as the basis for calculation of the New Aid Grant.
