HC Deb 29 June 1903 vol 124 c811
MR. FFRENCH (Wexford, S.)

I beg to ask the President of the Board of Trade whether he is aware that persons travelling from Wexford desirous of arriving in London on Monday must leave Wexford on Saturday; and will he make inquiries regarding the arrangements of the Dublin, Wicklow, and Wexford Railway Company, with a view to provide a Sunday evening train leaving Wexford in time to catch the Kingstown or North Wall steamboat.

THE PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY TO THE BOARD OF TRADE (Mr. BONAR LAW,) Glasgow, Blackfriars

I do not think that this is a case where the Board of Trade could usefully interfere with the discretion of the railway company concerned.
