HC Deb 29 June 1903 vol 124 cc786-7
MR. H. C. RICHARDS (Finsbury, E.)

To ask the Secretary of State for War what steps he proposes to take to prevent the repetition of civilians being tried by so-called Court-martials; and if any General Orders are to be issued by him, or by his authority, to prevent any further ill-treatment of unpopular officers or civilians by commissioned officers in His Majesty's Army.

(Answered by Mr. Secretary Brodrick.) The Army Act and existing Regulations are considered sufficient to deal with the matters alluded to.
