HC Deb 25 June 1903 vol 124 c549
MR. EVELYN CECIL (Aston Manor)

I beg to ask the Secretary of State for War whether, in view of the value of shooting from the saddle displayed on various occasions during the late war, he can see his way to take steps to encourage its practice.

THE FINANCIAL SECRETARY TO THE TREASURY (Mr. ELLIOT,, for Mr. BRODRICK) Durham

The question will be carefully considered in connection with the regulations for the training of mounted troops which are now under revision.
