HC Deb 25 June 1903 vol 124 c554
MR. WEIR

I beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, in view of the proposals contained in the Report of the International Conference on Scientific Investigations in the North Sea, will the question of securing communication with the Faroe Islands and Iceland by wireless telegraphy be considered.

LORD CRANBORNE

The point raised by the hon. Gentleman's Question enters into a larger question of the use of wireless telegraphy, as to which no decision has been taken. The hon. Gentleman's suggestion will no doubt be considered.
