WHITLEY (Halifax)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether the omission of the one-eighth perpetual rent-charge from the Irish Land Bill will be met by an increase of one-seventh in the annual purchase instalments, or by an extension of one seventh in the length of the purchase term.
