HC Deb 22 June 1903 vol 124 c83
SIR THOMAS ESMONDE (Wexford, N.)

I beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether, in view of the decision which has been given in the case of the Irish gold ornaments, he will suggest to His Majesty that they should be handed over to Ireland.

Mr. A. J. BALFOUR

A good many matters of some complexity arise in connection with this matter. I shall be glad if the hon. Baronet will put down a Question for a later day, and I hope I shall then be in a position to give a complete answer.
