HC Deb 22 June 1903 vol 124 c49
MR. TANKERVILLE CHAMBER LAYNE (Southampton)

To ask the Postmaster-General whether he will consider the advisability of allowing the postal employees and the postal telegraph employees each to nominate one member of the Committee he proposes to appoint for the consideration of their requirements and grievances.

(Answered by Mr. Austen Chamberlain.) I have already considered this suggestion, but for the reasons stated by me in the House I am not prepared to adopt it.
