EDMUND ROBERTSON (Dundee)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Colonies, with reference to the statement in the Report of the Colonial Conference that some of the members had objected to a full publication of the proceedings, whether he will endeavour to obtain the consent of these members to such publication in order that the House may be informed as to the reasons on which the reported resolutions of the Conference were based.
