FARRELL (Longford, N.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether immediate steps will be taken by him to prevent, pending the passing of the present Land Bill, the letting of derelict farms in county Longford and elsewhere in Ireland to planter tenants with a view to the exclusion of the evicted tenants or their representatives.
