Resolutions reported from the Select Committee:—

  1. 1. "That in the case of the Kip's Patents Bill [Lords], the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with:—That the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill."
  2. 2. "That, in the case of the Alexandra Park and Palace, Petition for leave to deposit a Petition for a Bill, the Stand- 1050 ing Orders ought to be dispensed with:—That the parties be permitted to deposit their Petition for a Bill."
  3. 3. "That, in the case of the Hove, Worthing, and District Tramways Bill [Lords], the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with:—"That the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill."
