MR. DOOGAN (Tyrone, E.)

I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he is in a position to state, in view of the needs of national education, that the balance of the equivalent grant not ear-marked for the Land Purchase Bill will be devoted to improve the efficiency of the primary schools in Ireland.

THE CHIEF SECRETARY FOR IRELAND (Mr. WYNDHAM,) Dover

I have nothing at present to add to the replies already given by me to similar Questions.
