LOUGH (Islington, W.)I beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if he can say whether a full official Report of the Proceedings in the Houses of Parliament is published daily during the session in the United States, Holland, or any other foreign country; and, if so, at what price these papers are sold to the public and to members of the Legislature; whether he can ascertain what is the annual cost to the Governments of the publication of these papers; and whether he could arrange that specimen copies of them should be exhibited in the Reading Room.
