WEIR (Ross and Cromarty)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for War if he will state whether the words "after five year service in the rank of captain, £1,000; gratuity," which appear in paragraph 556 of the Special Pay Warrant issued 26th March 1902, apply to all captains of the Royal Army Medical Corps, irrespective of whether they were commissioned before the date of this warrant
