MR. MANSFIELD (Lincolnshire, Spalding)

To ask the President of the Board mf Trade will he give the total valve of the exports and imports of the United Kingdom, the United States of America, Germany, and France for each year from 1892 to 1902, showing separately the value of foods, raw materials, and manufactured or partly manufactured articles, together with the amount of shipping (tonnage), and the population of each country during the same period.
