CATHCART WASONI beg to ask the President of the Board of Trade if his attention has been directed to the Report issued by the Foreign Office on the Trade and Laws of the Faroe Islands; and, if so, if he will consider the advisability of subsidising an occasional steamer from Lerwick with the view of developing trade with the islands.
