MAJOR SEELYI beg to ask the President of the Board of Trade whether the work of connecting certain lightships with the shore by wireless telegraphy for life-saving purposes has been commenced; if not, when it will be commenced; and when the further connection of lightships with the shore by these means is going to be taken in hand.
