HC Deb 27 July 1903 vol 126 cc309-10
MR. KEARLEY (Devonport)

To ask the Civil Lord of the Admiralty if he will say why no reply has yet been circulated to the labourers in His Majesty's Dockyards in answer to their petition of 1902, and when such may be expected.

(Answered by Mr. Pretyman.) The decision has not yet been communicated owing to the great number and variety if points which have had to be taken into consideration, but it is anticipated that this will now be done at a very early date.
