ALFRED DAVIES (Carmarthen Boroughs)To ask the President of the Board of Trade if he will state the yearly value of exports from the United Kingdom and the United States to Canada since the Canadian preference tariff for British goods has been in force; and, further, will he also state the different rebates on the duty allowed on goods from the United Kingdom, and the 229 yearly population of Canada during the period.
