Member for the St. Patrick Division of Dublin I beg to ask Mr. Attorney-General whether, in view of the fact that the terminable leasehold system has never had the formal sanction of either House of Parliament, the Government will consider the advisability of introducing a measure to safeguard the property paid for by terminable leaseholders.
