EUGENE WASON (Clackmannan and Kinross)I beg to ask the Lord Advocate whether he will instruct the 1317 Local Government (Scotland) Board, which is at present inquiring into the pollution of the River Ore in Fifeshire, which gave rise to an epidemic of typhoid in that district, to make inquiry into the pollution of the Black Devon, which is the main source of water supply for the county of Clackmannan.
