PIRIE (Aberdeen, N.)I beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether, seeing that it is practically two months since the Royal Commission on the War completed taking evidence, he will ascertain and state when their Report will be published; will he consider the desirability of this being done so as to give sufficient time for debate before the 870 end of the session; and will he give a day for that purpose.
