DILLON (Mayo, E.)To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland why the present Government, which has been in office for eight years, has never made any attempt to pass a measure dealing with the Loan Fund system in Ireland containing provisions tending to secure more regular and business-like attention to their duties on the part of the trustees and treasurers of the Loan Fund Societies.
