AMBROSE (Mayo, W.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he has received a copy of the resolution of the Westport harbour Commissioners, in which they state that, seeing that they are the local authority within whose jurisdiction Innishlyre harbour is to be built, they ought to be consulted as to the most suitable spot for the harbour; and whether he will see that they are consulted by the engineers.
