§ MR. TENNANT (Berwickshire)To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department when it is proposed to appoint a Prison Commissioner in the room of Lieut.-Col. Garsia; and whether, in the selection of Colonel Garsia's successor, special regard will be had to experience in the Prison Department.
