JAMES O'CONNOR (Wicklow, W.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he can state when the land cases of tenants residing at Kilbaylet, Kilcoagh, and other districts in West Wicklow, which were to be heard when the Carlow list was gone through two months ago, will be taken up by the Commissioners; and can he explain the cause of the delay in regard to these cases which were entered for hearing eighteen months ago.
