O'DOWD (Sligo, S.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether there is any provision in the Irish Land Bill, as amended, which proposes to deal with the question of those grazing farms situated in congested districts counties which within the last two years have been purchased by money advanced by the Land Commission to non-residents of these districts, who use them exclusively for grazing purposes; and, if so, what is the nature of such provision.
