WEIRI beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury, seeing that on the 417 last two days when Scottish Votes were placed on the Paper only eight minutes before midnight were available for their discussion on one day and only six minutes before midnight on the other, will he state when an opportunity will be afforded for discussing the Vote for the Secretary for Scotland and other Scottish Votes.
