THOMAS O'DONNELL (Kerry, W.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland why oral examinations in Irish of pupils in national schools have not been held for months after the annual examinations; whether, in order to have this work satisfactorily done, he will suggest the appointment of additional examiners in Irish.
