HC Deb 09 July 1903 vol 125 c142
MR. JAMES O'CONNOR

To ask the Postmaster-General whether he is aware that J. Black, postman at Bo'ness, North Britain, has been unable, despite repeated official applications, to get any uniform supplied to him since his return from the war in August last; and whether any compensation will be granted to this postman for the use of his private clothing.

(Answered by Mr. Austen Chamberlain.) I have no information upon this subject, but I will make inquiry.
