§ MR. A. J. BALFOURI do not like to give an absolute promise, and I hope the hon. Gentleman will not take this as conveying such a promise, but I shall endeavour to bring on the Report stage of the Bill on Friday next. This, of course, must depend on the progress of the business of the week.
