Resolutions reported from the Select Committee.

  1. 1. "That, in the case of the Manchester Corporation Bill [Lords], the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with:—That the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill."
  2. 2. "That in the case of the Gosport and Fareham Tramways Bill [Lords], the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with:—That the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill."
  3. 3. "That in the case of the Bangor Corporation Bill [Lords], the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with;—That the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill."
  4. 4. "That in the case of the South Eastern and London, Chatham, and Dover Railways Bill [Lords], the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with:—That the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill, provided that Clause 30 and the Fourth Schedule be struck out of the Bill:—That the Committee on the Bill do report how far such Order has been complied with."
