WEIR (Ross and Cromarty)I beg to ask the Lord Advocate if the Congested Districts Board will consider the expediency of granting loans to crofters and others in the Island of Lewis for the purpose of erecting new houses, in cases in which the present structures have been condemned by local authorities as insanitary and fever-stricken dwellings.
