WEIRI beg to ask the Lord Advocate whether the Secretary for Scotland has yet received a report as to the extent of damage sustained by the breakwater at Port of Ness, Island of Lewis, through the storm of the 28th February last; and will he say whether any decision has yet been arrived at in regard to its repair.
