§ DR. AMBROSE (Mayo, W)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether his attention has been drawn to the report issued by the county surveyor for County Mayo, at the request of the Mayo County Council, on the condition of certain piers and harbours along the coast, notably those at Glare Island, Louisburgh, and Mallaranny; and whether, seeing that, in order to render them of use to the public, the county surveyor recommended that certain improvements be effected, he will see that those improvements are carried out.
§ MR. WYNDHAMNo, Sir. The report has not been forwarded to the Government. Until this has been done I cannot make any observations upon it.
