THE MASTER OF ELIBANKI beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he can state if any arrangement has been made with the Japanese Government as regards officers of the British Service being attached to the Japanese Forces for the purpose of studying the military system and language of the country; and, if so, when will the appointment of officers be announced.
