MR. YOXALL (Nottingham, W.)

To ask the Secretary to the Board of Education, whether grants payable according to average attendance in a voluntary school for a year, which covers a period prior to, and a period subsequently to an appointed day under The Education Act, 1902, will be computed according to average attendance taken separately for the period before the change, and separately for the period after.
