To ask the Secretary of the Treasury if he can say when a reply may be expected to the representations made to the Hoard of Customs in February last on behalf of the Customs boatmen.

(Answered by Mr. Hayes Fisher) Proposals affecting the whole Waterguard Department have been made by the Board of Customs, and are now under the consideration of the Treasury.
