To ask the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether His Majesty's Government have made any representa- tions, either to the Government of Cuba or to that of the United States, as to the effect of the Reciprocity Treaty made between those two States and already signed, upon British trade and upon the sugar industry in the West Indies; and, if not, whether they will make such representations before that Treaty is ratified.
