§ SIR HOWARD VINCENT (Sheffield, Central)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he can inform the House how many alien convicts and prisoners were on 1st January, 1903 undergoing sentences of criminal punishment in the Criminal Lunatic Asylum at Broadmoor, and in the convict prisons and local prisons of England and Wales.
