To ask the Secretary of State for India when he intends to publish the Report on an Inquiry, instituted by Lord Dufferin in 1888, into the condition of the agricultural population of India, which he promised to the House on 30th January, 1902.†

(Answered by Secretary Lord George Hamilton.) I have received the Report; it is very bulky, and it is fifteen years old. I doubt if it is worth the expense of publication, but if the hon. Gentleman presses for it I will not refuse to lay it upon the Table of the House.
