§ COLONEL WYNDHAM MURRAY (Bath)To ask the Secretary of State for War whether, in view of the cost of military books to officers and of the fact that there is a military library only at large stations, where the greater part of the Army has not access to it, he will make arrangements to supply to each mess a library of standard military works to enable all officers co study their profession.
