COLONEL WYNDHAM MURRAY (Bath)

To ask the Secretary of State for War whether, in view of the cost of military books to officers and of the fact that there is a military library only at large stations, where the greater part of the Army has not access to it, he will make arrangements to supply to each mess a library of standard military works to enable all officers co study their profession.

(Answered by Mr. Secretary Brodrick.) This question has been arid is now under consideration, but it is not possible to make any statement on the subject at present.
