I beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasure whether he has yet considered the advisability of giving facilities for the Crofters' Holdings (Scotland) Act (1886) Amendment Bill, the object of which is to extent the benefits of the Crofters Act, 1886, to small tenants holding under lease in the crafting counties.
