To ask the Secretary of State for War if he will consider the expediency of enrolling as rough riders and for scouting purposes men who are at present debarred from entering the Army on account of their being under the regulation height.

(Answered by Mr. Secretary Brodrick.) The advantage of enlisting men under the regulation height has not been lost sight of in the past, but at present no specials are being taken.
