CHANNINGTo ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he will state the number of cases in which the Land Commissioners have had to take proceedings against tenant purchasers under the Land Purchase Acts for default; in what number of cases in which the holdings have been sold has the Guarantee Fund had to be drawn upon; and what have been the total sums thus charged to and drawn from the Guarantee Fund.
