§ Mr. NICOL reported from the Committee on Group D of Private Bills: That the parties promoting the Nantyglo and Blaina Water Bill had stated that the evidence of Mr. Samuel Hood Cowper Coles, J.P., Land Agent, of Penmyarth, Crickhowell, Brecon, was essential to their case; and, it having been proved that his attendance could not be procured without the intervention of the House, he had been instructed to move that the said Samuel Hood Cowper Coles do attend the said Committee to-morrow, at half-past Eleven of the clock.
§ Ordered,: That, Mr. Samuel Hood Cowper Coles do attend the Committee 642 on Group D of Private Bills to-morrow, at half past Eleven of the clock.
