§ MR. WEIRI beg to ask the Lord Advocate whether arrangements have yet been made to carry out the scheme of the Northern Lighthouse Commissioners for lighting the channel off Avoch, Ross-shire.
§ MR. GERALD BALFOURI have directed that sanction be given to the Northern Lighthouse Commissioners to enable them to incur the necessary expenditure for this work.
