HERBERT ROBERTS (Denbighshire, W.)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for India whether his attention has been drawn to a notice recently posted in the Madras Law College forbidding the senior students taking part in discussions regarding public affairs; and, if so, will he state whether this notice has the sanction of the Government.
