HC Deb 23 April 1903 vol 121 c224
MR. WILLIAM REDMOND (Clare, E.)

I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether his attention has been called to the fact that at the petty sessions court in Kiladysert a reporter was removed from court by orders of District Inspector Patrick; and if so, will he state for what reason and under what authority the police exercised this power.

THE CHIEF SECRETARY FOR IRELAND (Mr. WYNDHAM, Dover)

I have called for a Report on this matter. The district inspector is absent on leave, and I hope to be in a position to reply to the Question on Monday next.
