HC Deb 23 April 1903 vol 121 c212
MR. H. C. RICHARDS

To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland if he to take any steps, and what, to bring the Irish Light Commissioners and their work within Parliamentary control.

(Answered by Mr. Wyndham.) I am aware that representations have been made from time to time in favour of a reform in the constitution of the Irish Lights Board. The question, however, is properly one for the consideration of my right hon. friend the President of the Board of Trade.
